The RDS Unit can function with any type of battery as long as it is between 6V and 24V. The first battery that we sold looked just like a Mag Light, in fact it looked too good. Our customers explained that we needed something “less interesting to steal”. Here is the new “Standard” battery pack (It come in both C Cell and D Cell models).
